PUSH PULL

Target: Shoulders, Chest, Forearms, Hands
Gym Equivalent: Bench Press

STEP 1 ▪ Hold LPS to center of chest
STEP 2 ▪ Inhale and pull bars apart
STEP 3 ▪ Exhale and push away from chess
STEP 4 ▪ Inhale and pull toward the chest

Repeat Steps 3 and 4 to Exercises
 
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  WRIST TURNS

Target: Forearms
Gym Equivalent: None

STEP 1 ▪ Hold LPS at waist level
STEP 2 ▪ Inhale and open
STEP 3 ▪ Exhale and twist left hand towards body
STEP 4 ▪ Inhale and twist right hand towards body

Target: Shoulders, Chest, Stomach & Back
Gym Equivalent: Dip Bar

STEP 1 ▪ Hold LPS at center of feet
STEP 2 ▪ Inhale and open
STEP 3 ▪ Exhale and close
STEP 4 ▪ Inhale and open
