Can I use The Toy Pocket Gym to exercise my legs? |
No. The design of The Toy Pocket Gym is intentional. We are actively working on The Toy Pocket Gym version for the legs. We kept the upper body devices separate from the lower body devices. This was done to keep the devices compact and unnoticeably portable. The debut of our leg system is coming soon... |

Can the Life Preservation System really be used anywhere? |
Yes. As long as you can stand or sit and are able to move your arms freely, you can use The Toy Pocket Gym. Practically anybody with two arms can use The Toy Pocket Gym. For example, you can use The Toy Pocket Gym from your hospital bed. Its the only truly portable device - meaning you can use it while in transport and carry it just about anywhere! |

What kind of strength does The Toy Pocket Gym build? |
Firstly, it builds the same strength that weights can build. Secondly, it builds strength to not only lift weight, but to move weight. Most importantly, The Toy Pocket Gym strengthens the stabilizer muscular system. Strengthening these muscles will give you absolutely extraordinary strength. |

Why should I choose resistance exercises over exercises with weights? |
Many people ask this very question. The real question should be - Why should I choose rubber bands & cords over weights. Technically, weights and rubber bands & cords use the physics to operate - resistance. Your muscles don't know the difference between the two. What your brain does know, however, is that weights can be cumbersome and dangerous. The bands can never be stretched further than your strength will allow. The tension in the bands will decrease as the muscle strength decreases while you exercise. |

Will The Toy Pocket Gym take up space or damage furniture in my home? |
The Toy Pocket Gym will take up as much space in your home and do as much damage to your as a bottle of shampoo. Many fitness companies assume that you have room for bulky machines or assume that you are willing to risk damage to your furniture by attaching equipment to chairs, beds or doors; or risk standing steel laden machines on your carpeted, tiled, or wooden floors. |

We think all exercise methods are great. We do not suggest that anyone stop utilizing weights or calisthenics as a way of exercising just because they're using our system. Although The Toy Pocket Gym can be used as your only exercise system, we at LPS highly recommend that you use it to supplement your current exercise system - it will work wonders! |

What about does LPS, Inc. have to say about safety? |

Be smart! If you feel the bands stretching more than usual, stop using the bands. This is a good indication that the bands are worn and are prone to snap. There is no exact science to determine exactly when a band will snap. Therefore, you should stop using your bands after a pre-determined number of hours-of-use or number-of-uses. You may notice small tears or white discoloration when stretched. These are the warning signs of bands that may tear. |
